Every month Wish Upon A Star publishes a Newsletter and Calendar
of events for the current month. We also have a sample menu
of nutritious meals that Wish Upon A Star provides for all children.

Out to Community
We are working towards teaching our children the importance
of community involvement. Through monthly projects, our staff,
children, and families will join together to help our neighbors
in need.

A Star November Community Event
This month Wish Upon A Star will be gathering donations for
the Brevard Family Partnership. The Brevard Family Partnership
manages foster care and adoption services for youth who have
been removed from their homes. Donations can be monetary or
a specific item off of the children's wish list. Be sure to
write your family or child's name on a snowman after you have
given your donation. Take a look at our snowman wall in the
cafeteria to see what a difference Wish Upon A Star is making
in our community! Please remember ANY donation you can give
no matter how small will make a huge impact on the holiday
season for these children.
Parent Spotlight
This Quarter our Parent Spotlight goes to...
Ms. Krystal! (Gisel and Vincent's mom)
Not only is Ms. Krystal a wonderful and involved mother, but
you also may have noticed her volunteering around our center.
She is a great help in every area, whether it be the kitchen,
front office or the classroom. We love having our parents become
a part of our WUAS family, and the Scelzo family is definitely
a wonderful asset to ours.
